Is KinPass free to try? +
Yes. The free plan gives you one care profile, one caregiver, and all the core features to get started. No credit card required.
Can I switch plans at any time? +
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel? +
Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After that, it is permanently deleted from our servers.
Do caregivers need to pay? +
No. Caregivers you invite use KinPass for free. Only the household account owner (the person who creates care profiles) needs a paid plan for premium features.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or special needs organizations? +
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for nonprofit organizations and special needs support agencies. Contact our team to learn more.
What does HIPAA-eligible mean? +
KinPass runs on Google Firebase, which is HIPAA-eligible infrastructure. For healthcare organizations and providers who require a formal Business Associate Agreement (BAA), we offer that through our Enterprise plan.
Can I use KinPass for multiple people? +
The Individual plan includes unlimited care profiles. The Family plan adds multiple household accounts that can share profiles across households.
