KinPass operates on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure. For enterprise and healthcare organization customers who are Covered Entities or Business Associates under HIPAA, we offer a Business Associate Agreement that formalizes our compliance obligations.

What Information Is Protected

Care profile information entered into KinPass may constitute Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA when associated with an identifiable individual.

• AES-256 encryption at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure
• TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
• Role-based access controls
• Complete audit trail of all access events
